AI Agent & Chatbot Development

Custom-built AI agents trained on your business, your services, and your policies — not a generic script with your logo on it. Built to handle real customer conversations, and to know when to stop and pass to a person.

Agents that know your business, not the internet’s average answer

The difference between a chatbot that helps and one that annoys customers is almost entirely preparation. A generic assistant answers plausibly and vaguely. An agent grounded in your actual services, pricing structure, policies, and past conversations answers specifically — and admits when it does not know.

Business-trained agents

We build on your real material: service descriptions, pricing logic, delivery terms, policies, and the questions your team already answers daily. The agent works from your business, not from general knowledge about your industry.

Website and messaging deployment

The same agent across your website, WhatsApp, Telegram, or wherever your customers actually start conversations — with consistent answers on every channel rather than a different experience on each.

Escalation and handover

Defined boundaries for what the agent handles alone and what goes to a person, with full conversation context attached so the customer does not repeat themselves. This is the part most implementations get wrong.

Qualification and routing

Agents that gather what you need before a human joins — requirement, timeline, budget range, contact details — so your team spends time on qualified conversations rather than on first-line triage.

Step 01

Content and boundary mapping

We collect what the agent needs to know and, just as important, define what it must never attempt to answer. Legal, medical, financial, and pricing-commitment boundaries are set explicitly at this stage.

Step 02

Build and ground

The agent is built against your material and constrained to it, so it answers from your business rather than improvising. We test against the awkward questions, not just the easy ones.

Step 03

Deploy and observe

We launch on one channel first and read real conversations. Early transcripts always reveal gaps that scoping did not anticipate, and the agent is corrected against them before wider rollout.

Step 04

Tune and extend

Once behaviour is reliable, we extend to further channels and refine using live conversation data. Agents improve materially in the first weeks if someone is actually reading the transcripts, and we do.

How is this different from the chatbot builders we could buy ourselves?

Off-the-shelf builders work well for simple, scripted flows. The difficulty comes with real questions that do not fit the script, where a generic tool either guesses or dead-ends. We build grounding, escalation rules, and business context that template tools do not provide — and if a template tool genuinely fits your needs, we will tell you rather than sell a build.

Will customers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes, and they should. We recommend clear disclosure. Attempting to pass an agent off as human damages trust when discovered, and customers are generally comfortable with AI for routine questions when handover to a person is easy.

What happens when it does not know an answer?

It says so and escalates, with the conversation context passed along. An agent that admits uncertainty is far more useful than one that produces a confident wrong answer, and we tune deliberately toward the former.

Can it work in more than one language?

Yes. Multilingual handling is well suited to this — relevant for Malaysian businesses serving English, Malay, and Chinese-speaking customers, and for crypto projects with international communities. Quality should be checked per language rather than assumed.

Who owns the agent and its data?

You do. Configuration, training material, and conversation data belong to your business, and we document the setup so another party could maintain it. We do not build dependencies that only we can service.

How long until it is live?

Typically two to six weeks. The build is rarely the constraint; assembling accurate source material is. Businesses with current documentation move quickly, and if your material is outdated, fixing it is worthwhile regardless.
