Crypto & Fintech AI Automation

Trading systems, on-chain dashboards, and automation built specifically for crypto-native businesses — not generic tools adapted after the fact. Built by a team that runs its own platforms in this market.

Built by a team that runs its own trading systems

Most agencies approaching crypto work are learning the sector on your project. We are not: we build and operate our own AI-powered platforms, including prediction-market and automated trading systems. That means execution risk, exchange APIs, on-chain data, wallet handling, and the operational pace of this market are familiar rather than researched.

That experience sets the boundaries of what we will take on, which matters as much as the capability. We build infrastructure and automation. We do not advise on what to trade, and we do not accept custody of client funds.

Automated trading systems

Custom trading logic and execution built to your strategy and risk parameters, with the controls that make automated execution survivable — position limits, kill switches, error handling, and logging. You define the strategy; we build the machinery that runs it reliably.

On-chain dashboards

Real-time visibility into wallet activity, transactions, treasury positions, and protocol metrics that matter to your operation, assembled into one view rather than five block explorer tabs.

DeFi & exchange automation

Automated workflows across exchanges and protocols — rebalancing, monitoring, alerting, reconciliation — reducing manual intervention and the response delay that costs money in a market that does not close.

Crypto-native marketing automation

Lead response and community engagement built for the channels and pace crypto audiences use. Telegram-first, fast, and structured for communities that judge a project by how quickly and competently it responds.

Step 01

Scope and risk boundaries

We establish what is being automated and what must stay under human control. In this sector that conversation comes first, because the cost of an automated system doing the wrong thing quickly is materially higher than elsewhere.

Step 02

Architecture and controls

Design covering data sources, execution paths, failure handling, and monitoring. Systems are designed to fail safe — halting rather than continuing blindly when something unexpected occurs. Uptime and observability are specified at this stage, not bolted on later.

Step 03

Build and test

Implementation followed by testing against historical data and then live conditions at limited size. Nothing runs at full exposure until it has behaved correctly at small scale, including through volatile conditions.

Step 04

Deploy, monitor, iterate

Live deployment with monitoring and alerting, then refinement against real performance. Markets shift and systems need adjustment; we plan for that rather than treating deployment as the finish line.

Do you take custody of funds or provide trading advice?

No to both, and this is not negotiable. We build infrastructure and automation. Custody stays with you or your chosen custodian, strategy decisions stay with you, and we are not licensed financial advisers. Any firm offering to build your system and tell you what to trade and hold the assets is one you should look at carefully.

What exchanges and chains do you work with?

The major exchanges with documented APIs and the main EVM chains, plus others depending on the project. Where an integration has poor or unstable API support we will say so before scoping, because that risk lands on your operation rather than ours.

How do you handle security?

Least-privilege API keys with trading-only permissions and withdrawals disabled wherever the venue supports it, secrets kept out of code, restricted access, and audit logging. We will also tell you when a requested design carries risk we think is unreasonable, and decline builds that cannot be secured sensibly.

We are a traditional fintech, not crypto. Is this relevant?

Yes. Much of the work — reconciliation, monitoring, dashboards, compliance-adjacent automation, customer onboarding flows — applies directly to conventional fintech and payments businesses. The crypto-native parts are simply the most specialised end of the same capability.

What if our strategy is confidential?

Normal and expected. We work under NDA routinely and can build to a specification without knowing the reasoning behind it. Several clients keep strategy logic entirely in-house and use us for execution infrastructure, monitoring, and tooling around it.

How is this priced?

Custom builds are scoped as projects with a written estimate; ongoing monitoring and iteration usually run as a retainer. We do not take performance fees or revenue shares on trading systems — that would make us a counterparty to your results rather than a supplier, which is the wrong relationship for an infrastructure builder.
