What we build for ourselves
We do not only build AI systems for clients. We build and operate our own — which is where most of what we know about running these systems in production actually comes from.

The one we put our name on
This page exists as evidence. If you are evaluating whether we can build what you need, what we run ourselves is a more useful signal than a capabilities list.
In production
Platforms we operate
Most agencies selling AI automation have never had to operate an AI system with their own money at stake. We have. Our own platforms run daily in live conditions, and the lessons from keeping them working — about failure handling, monitoring, cost control, and the difference between a demo and a dependable system — go directly into client work.
We do not name these two. They compete in their own markets, and this page is about what running them proves, not about promoting them.
For clients
Product types we build for clients
The same patterns we run for ourselves, built for your business. Each type links to the service that covers it.
How it works
Step 01
Built to solve our own problem
Each product began as something we needed rather than as a product idea, which is generally the more reliable origin.
Step 02
Operated in live conditions
Real usage, real money, real consequences when something breaks. This is where the difference between a prototype and a production system becomes obvious.
Step 03
Hardened over time
Monitoring, alerting, controls, and failure handling added in response to actual incidents rather than anticipated ones.
Step 04
Applied to client work
The patterns that keep our systems running become the defaults in what we build for you.
Common questions
Can we buy or license these products?
MyTinyTeam, yes — it is live, and you can try it at mytinyteam.com. The platforms above are businesses we run rather than products we sell. If you need something in their territory, that is client work — the product types above show where to start.
Why does it matter that you run your own platforms?
Because operating a system is a different skill from building one. Anyone can produce a working demonstration. Keeping something running reliably against live data, handling failures gracefully, and controlling running costs is where most AI projects quietly struggle — and it is the part we have had to learn properly.
Does this mean you compete with your clients?
No. Our own products sit in agent management, prediction markets, and trading infrastructure. Client work is automation, development, and tooling across many sectors. If a genuine conflict ever arose we would raise it before taking the engagement.
Can you build something similar for us?
Yes — that is essentially what Custom AI Tools & SaaS Development covers. If you are productising your own expertise, our experience of having done it ourselves is directly relevant, including the parts that turned out harder than expected.
